What Is Club Mobay And Is It Worth It?
Travelers jet-set to Jamaica year round in search of pristine beaches, crystal clear waters, and warm hospitality it has become famous for. Although it is not the capital of the island, Montego Bay is the central tourism hub that welcomes millions of passengers annually.
The Sangster International Airport can get a little crowded, especially during peak season or large events. That’s where Club Mobay comes in! With the Club Mobay airport lounge you can get VIP fast track service through customs on your way into Jamaica as well as personal concierge and lounge access on your departure - all for an affordable price.
Here is my biggest tip though. Get your pass as soon as possible because every flight has a limited number of slots! They do sell out quickly.
What Is Club Mobay
Club Mobay not only has private airport lounges located throughout the Montego Bay Airport, but it is also paired with luxury concierge service to get you through customs and security within minutes. We’ve visited Jamaica over a dozen times and never go without it anymore.
Arrival Service
We were greeted right at the jet bridge when we walked off our flight. A friendly representative was waiting with a sign that had our name on it. From there we were escorted through customs in less than 10 minutes. The regular customs line at the MBJ airport can take well over an hour, which makes the price of the Arrival Meet & Greet Service alone worth it to me.
They have an arrival lounge that we waited in while we coordinated our transfer to the resort. Here you can enjoy a nice cocktail and snacks. The luggage is also handled by them so it makes your entire entrance into Jamaica completely stress free.
Departure Service
When we arrived back for our departure, the last thing we wanted to do was get wrapped up in the typical airport chaos. I cannot speak highly enough for the Club Mobay Departure Service. You are greeted at the security line where someone tends to your luggage and you take a fast track through. Then you have a choice of several departure lounges while you wait for your flight.
It is so nice being able to have an open bar, good food, and clean facilities as you await your flight. The snacks and buffet were surprisingly good for an airport lounge. WiFi worked perfectly so I could catch up on some work while we waited.
I think just the cost of a meal and drink cover the cost of the departure service by itself, but having the fast track access and additional amenities makes it a no brainer.
Arrival & Departure Bundle
Typically we get the Arrival & Departure Service Bundle to get full access. As described above, they are both well worth it and essentially pay for themselves. Sometimes your arrival flight might be sold out so you have to only get the departure, but if possible, I recommend getting the bundle.

Who It's Best For
In my opinion, Club Mobay is ideal for traveling during peak times of the day or during busy season (December - March). It is so affordable that we never go to Jamaica without it since you get a fast track, free food, and drinks, it pays for itself even if there is not a long line. Having a personal concierge help with anything you need around the airport and Jamaica in general is invaluable. It is more peaceful throughout the lounges - which is exactly what we want when on our vacations.

Are transfers to and from the airport included?
No, transfers are not included with the price of Club Mobay. Some resorts include transfers with your stay and Club Mobay will coordinate with the to ensure a seamless arrival and departure. If you still need a private transfer to your destination, you can book them here with us.
What are the hours for Club Mobay?
The arrival lounge is open Monday to Sunday from 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM. The departure lounge is open Monday to Sunday from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Your pass will be purchased for your specific flight times and you generally have 3 hours of lounge access on the day of your flights.
How much does Club Mobay cost?
Club Mobay has different pricing for different services, depending on if it's for a child or adult. The Arrival Service costs between $35 - $69 per person, the Departure Service costs between $35 - $54, and the Arrival & Departure Bundle costs between $60 - $104.
